Payment is required for all commercial use. When you click the "Buy Now" button and pay to download a pattern you have purchased the right to use the pattern in the manner described in this document.

You may use the patterns on commercial websites provided that you purchase the right to use each pattern. If you plan on using a pattern on more than one website you must purchase a new right to use each pattern for each individual website where you plan on using the pattern.

You may use the patterns to create products provided that you purchase the right to use each pattern. You may create multiple products from each pattern. If you plan on creating products for clients you must purchase a new right to use each pattern for each individual client.

General

All patterns found on this site are copyrighted and protected under U.S. copyright laws and international conventions.

The copyright owner will retain the copyright to all of these patterns and may deny usage at any time.

If you alter or otherwise create a derivative work from any pattern you are still required to provide credit and/or payment to dec.orate.me in the manner specified above.

You may not add any pattern to any collection online or offline.

You may create products using the patterns according to the terms in this document but you may not sell or redistribute the patterns themselves in any way.

The patterns are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, there are no warranties of any kind, and the patterns are not guaranteed to be fit for any particular purpose. You assume total risk and responsibility in downloading and using the patterns. In no event shall dec.orate.me be liable for any damages related to the use of any pattern.
